Today all computer developers must be familiarized with something that could be called as their language: scripts. At first instance it could be compared to the cinema’s script, on which point gives the writer to the actors a whole story, and how it develops. Inside these scripts there are lines and actions to be done. The programming area works pretty much like scripts helping computer professionals communicate” with their computers and give them certain “commands” on how to behave in confront of certain situations. A brief example: If you click on a link on the internet it will redirect you to another place, strategically placed and targeted. That does not happen without any order. Whoever developed the website ordered, by script, the page to do so. In a videogame, for example, if you click the “A” bottom to fire some weapon or just launch any special power, it will work because in its backstage, the developer wrote some commands to do so when this specific button is pressed.
Computer programming developers are pretty much intimate with application-specific languages, such as: ACS, Autolt, Action Script, Blobbie Script, Game Monkey Script, IRC Script, Lingo and many more. The Action Script is a specific language of the Macromedia’s Flash software that works to develop home pages. When you access a website that uses the Flash technology, you can feel that it is more enhanced and interactive than a simple HTML-based page. That is because the Action Script provides many types of alternative ways to make it as good as possible. For example: you access a website that uses Flash. Once you typed the correct address, it will be already loading orders gave by webmasters to the site to do, like: Ok, now you will show this, and when people click here you “must” do this and that, as though were cinema directors.
The script language world can be quite fascinating and highly lucrative. Everyday companies need new scripts to fill their needs in the computer area. When a good webmaster accesses a site, he can see all the script language used. Just like in the Matrix movie, which in a specific part of the film, the main character can see everything around him as complex codes.
